About Us

One Day Esthetic is located in the Piyasilpakarn Art Hall Pattaya. Founded by a humble artist Nit Duangdee (1946 – 2018) with the intention to not only house more than 200 paintings of the King Chulalongkorn portraits, but also for his fellow artist friends of Pattaya to have a platform to exhibit their art pieces. Back then not all artists could afford to open their own gallery. Nit also wanted the space to be an art learning center for the public and art enthusiasts, but nearly 30 years passed, his dream wasn’t materialized. 

Moving into a new era, one of his two daughters (Ah) who graduated from Thailand’s most renowned art university (Silapakorn) saw the value in her father’s work, so she created One Day Esthetic as her own art gallery in Pattaya to preserve the old and combine it with the new, creating a café that offers more than just coffee, food and drinks but also an art gallery, art school, and many other art activities to support a variety of ideas. 

We try to present rotating exhibitions in order to make it more engaging to different audiences. The art scene in Pattaya used to be vibrant in the past. Pattaya was a city full of art and galleries and now they all nearly have disappeared. So we want to create a place to bring back that art scene to Pattaya, a place where all you need is just that one day…one moment to enjoy any kind of beauty.
